Brandy LIbrary will be open as usual between 4pm and 9pm for anyone looking to enjoy a bite and a dram before venturing out into the city for continued celebration. For those fans who wish to ring in the new year surrounded by amber spirits and the soft glow from the shelves in which they sit, we will open between 9pm and 1am. To ring in the new year with friends and family, you'll have the option to make a reservation (small cover will apply) in order to enjoy our full 'a la carte' menu. If you are feeling in the mood for a bit more spirit in your celebration (pun intended) you can purchase a "ticket" to enjoy you choice of a 3 spirit flight or a 6 spirit flight created by you from a selection of extraordinary bottles. These flights will be accompanied by a hot and cold buffet. At midnight, we will mark the changing of the calendar with a champagne toast.
Buffet will feature caviar, smoked salmon, foie gras, Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, lamb chops, filet mignon, and much more
