You may be surprised by some of these whiskies as they either showcase a usual flavor profile or because they're simply of astonishing quality. But what makes a limited edition 'limited' or special? In this class, we'll explore the variety of tools a distillery has in its quality arsenal to release a unique liquid that will make you dream. Increasingly, many special editions end up in spirits auctions and are sold and re-sold. Again, we believe in drinking the stuff! Typical Scottish fare will be served before we sit and 'analyze.'
