They both use the same grape varietals, they’re both brandies from France, aged and all, but somehow they’re absolutely different! Technical differences, historical backgrounds and taste profiles will be explored to tell them apart. One is usually considered light and elegant, while the other is more rustic and bold. We’ll bring down this misunderstanding, and many others! A variety of amuse-bouches will be served along the eight (4 and 4 for a fair battle) pours.
