- Smoked and grilled sea scallop, served Japanese style with "Bourbon" vanilla gastrique sauce - paired w/ W. L. Weller 12 Year
- Bourbon and honey glazed Long Island Crescent duck breast - paired w/ Buffalo Trace
- Ginger and rye laced ribeye - paired w/ Sazerac Rye
- Tender chicken morsel in a mole sauce - paired w/ George T. Stagg
- Bourbon banana flambéed - paired w/ Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream
