Please join us at Brandy Library for an enchanting night of great food and wonderful spirits, hosted by Buffalo Trace Distillery's Master Distiller, Mr. Harlen Wheatley. The evening will feature the following 5 courses:

  1. Smoked and grilled sea scallop, served Japanese style with "Bourbon" vanilla gastrique sauce - paired w/ W. L. Weller 12 Year
  2. Bourbon and honey glazed Long Island Crescent duck breast - paired w/ Buffalo Trace
  3. Ginger and rye laced ribeye - paired w/ Sazerac Rye
  4. Tender chicken morsel in a mole sauce - paired w/ George T. Stagg
  5. Bourbon banana flambéed - paired w/ Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream
