The “rare & precious” style of Bourbon classes, but with a twist: an age statement progression from 11 year old Four Roses single barrel OBSF to Elijah Craig 18 years (the Brandy Library barrel!), with a few beauties in between…Van Winkle (12 years), a mysterious 13 year old we’re not sure about yet, Knob Creek limited edition 2001 (14 years), Forged Oak Orphan barrel (15 years), Black Maple Hill (16 years), Wild Turkey Masterskeep (17 years). We’ll get into the crunchy details of fine Bourbon production, and look back at the last 18 years of what this Bourbon industry offered us; we’ll talk sipping, collecting and storing.
