Thanks to our hoarding habits, we can put out some ‘old’ expressions and hard-to-find gems for the pleasure of your taste buds. This is a 103 type of class: you should definitely know your basic Japanese whiskies already. Come and have a flight at the bar a few days before to refresh your palate. You’ll taste the legendary Hibiki 17 years old, the Fuji Gotemba 18 years old Fuji-Sanroku, Yamazaki 18 years, the ‘Tokubetsu’ reserve of Ohishi and 2 more spectacular whiskies.
